How to find business energy efficiency advice

SwitchmyBusiness.com will always keep you updated on the latest energy efficiency advice but there are other places that offer advice for businesses too. We’ve created a list of organisations that will be able to help with advice on energy efficiency and installing renewable energy solutions.

Local councils

Most local councils will have information on energy efficiency for businesses. They will be able to provide you with information on the latest business energy grants available.

Business energy suppliers

Many of the energy suppliers will have information on how to ensure your business is as efficient as possible, especially the ‘Big Six’ energy suppliers.

The organisation has helped businesses over the last ten years to reduce their fuel bills and install sources of renewable energy. They can help through training, audits, surveys and support.

YouGen

The aim of this site is to make it easy for homeowners and businesses to find the information they need to make informed choices about improving their energy efficiency or installing renewable energy solutions. The site helps them to find installers they can trust.

If you know of any organisations that offer business energy efficiency advice or if you work for such an organisation please let us know and we will include your suggestion on the list.

Extremely helpful and clear to understand

"I have found the information and assistance to be very clear, and helpful. I was helped through the process of switching electricity supply by personal switching assistant Suhan Ashan who was not only helpful, but very patient in explaining all of the queries which I had and also researching the estimated KwH for our newly acquired office premises, as we had no previous tenant information."
