By letting us know a little about your company, its energy requirements and any special requests, we make sure that you’ll only see relevant quotes and won’t be left disappointed.

2.    Let's chat

As soon as you’ve requested a quote, one of our energy-switching experts will give you a ring. These guys are the SME energy experts – what they don’t know about business electricity and gas isn’t worth knowing!

Once they understand your business energy requirements, they’ll discuss which quotes suit your needs and help you choose the most appropriate business energy rates.

We know there are more important things to your business than talking business energy so we’ll keep our call as brief as possible.

Lasting no more than 10 – 15 minutes, we’ll cut through the standard jargon-filled lectures and discuss appropriate energy tariffs, answer any questions you may have and gather the final bits of information required.

3.    We'll handle your business energy switch from start to finish

Once you’re completely happy and have given us the go-ahead to switch your business energy supplier, you can relax and let us work our magic. Updating you as each step progresses, we’ll organise your switch with both your current and new energy supplier and complete the necessary paperwork for you.

Having switched over 15,000 businesses already, we’d like to think we’ve got the hang of this. If you have any queries at all during your switch, simply contact your energy-switching expert and they’ll get back to you with an answer and some advice.

4.    When it's time to renew your business energy contract

After experiencing our simple, stress-free service once, we’re sure you won’t be able to wait to try it again! As soon as you enter your energy-switching window (which is usually 90 days before your contract end-date), we’ll let you know and send over an updated list of tariffs.

After a very quick call to check you’re happy with what you see, we’ll get on with our job again, leaving you to do yours.
