Youre team failed to action an agreed supplier switch. As a result, I am paying 50% higher fees on the existing supplier\'s standard rate. I am considering taking this to a small claims court.

Initially agreed two new contracts with Duel Fuels, but after the agreed transfer date passed, the original supplier (Scottish Power)contacted me to confirm continuation of supply at standard rates. On contacting SwitchmyBusiness, it transpired Duel Fuels had declined the contract but SwitchmyBusiness failed to notify me or to arrange an alternative supplier.
Two new contracts hastily arranged by SwitchmyBusiness with Opus Energy, but details (Contract terms, locations, MPANS, Meter locations, serial numbers, etc) not passed correctly to Opus Energy.
Many hours on telephone to Opus energy resolving problems as well as additional costs incurred on standard rates with Scottish Power after contract ended.
Would have been easier and less cost to have sourced a new supplier myself.
Compensation for higher energy costs and many telephone hours would be appropriate.
Would not use again nor recommend SwitchmyBusiness.
