Is it free to switch using Switch My Business?

Switch My Business will never invoice you for this service. We receive payment on a commission basis which means that we are only paid once we have successfully set up your contract with your new supplier

How long does the transfer take?

The whole transfer process normally takes 4 to 6 weeks but in some instances it can take up to 8 weeks.

Is there a cooling off period?

To protect you from being rolled into out of contract prices with your current supplier, business energy contracts do not have a cooling off period.

Is there a discount for direct debit payment?

Yes, most of the tariffs we offer include a direct debit discount.

Great Customer Service!

"Switched both our Gas and Electricity tariffs using Switch My Business today- had a fantastic experience. Cheryl was very polite and understood that i needed to go back to the Charity Committee before agreeing to anything.
