E.ON have made it easier for you to manage your business energy accounts online by creating a video to explain how easy it is and what you can now do online.
It means it’s now easier to submit meter readings and make any changes to your account that you need to. The useful video below explains how to view and pay your bills online.
You can use the online portal to see your account history, monitor how much energy you’re using, pay your bills, submit meter readings and benefit from paperless billing.
Simply choose your email address as your user name and save your password in your browser if you want to (but remember if you share a computer it may not be a good idea to save passwords this way).
When you log in to the site your important account information is easier to see. As soon as you log in you can see your recent bills and your contract end date can also be found on this page.
The billing and payments section of the site shows details of current and past bills. You can see a summary of all your bills but by clicking on one you can view it in more detail. If you need a copy of your bill then you can download it and print it out.
You can also pay your business energy bill online too. And if you want to make additional payments you can do, even if you have set up a direct debit.
